Add 8 foot by 21 foot extension to family room including dormer type roof over addition with sliding glass door on 8 foot wide wall and floor to ceiling windows on 21 foot wide wall. Slope of yard will result in additon being about 4.5 feet above ground. Exterior brick up to floor level with vinyl siding from floor level to roof.

Mold damage in floor along bath edge, also in corner between shower and vanity. May need to replace vanity, part of floor, part of wall, if not all.

I would like to convert my garage into an office. I would like to raise the floor so that it matches the house. The garage has a bathroom that also needs to be raised.
